Refunds policy

Payments

  • To confirm your psychotherapy consultation appointment, payment must be received in full prior to the session/

  • We accept payments via Gpay, PhonePe, and direct bank transfer.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy outlined below:

Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund if you provide notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at innercircle.psy@gmail.com or +91 7619355502

  • Include your name, appointment date/time, and the reason for cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 24 business hours of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued through your original payment method.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are eligible for a free reschedule if you provide notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Include your name, appointment date/time, and the reason for rescheduling.


Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

  • Cancellations/Reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

  • No shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
